Hi all,
Results for the Novemnber 13 ARRL Frequency Measuring Test have been
posted, and I note that a number of entrants used the "fmtest" software
that we package along with WSPR. Greg, KI7MT, has worked hard recently
to keep this package up-to-date and easily buildabl on all supported
platforms.
The software did pretty well, evidently producing seven measurements of
the 40, 80, and/or 160-meter test signals with accuracies better than 1
Hz. I can attest that the FMT is a most enjoyable event. It's
impressive that one can make such precise measurements with no
laboratory equipment -- just a standard WSPR setup.
