Hi Eric, I'm struggling to follow this thread. What PPA name is giving you trouble?
Your saying Ubuntu 14.10 amd64 fails with a Segfault yes? What is the build information on the i386 machine ( the older laptop ) that seems to be working ok? To be fare, I've done minimal testing on 14.10 as I don't use non LTS releases, particularly ones only supported for 6 to 12 months. I should probably pull those builds from the list as I don't test them nearly as much as the LTS builds, in this case Ubuntu Trusty. As far as WSJTX goes, I don't have a Ubuntu PPA for it. Until Hamlib3 is formally released, or hamlib 1.2.15.3 updated, I doubt there will be one, so I am not sure what package your referring too there. I started a wsjtx-dev package, but activity on that has been suspended. 73's Greg, KI7MT On 12/7/2014 06:22, Eric Thornton wrote: > I saw one reference to this issue in the recent archives, but no resolution. > > I'm running Ubuntu 14.10 on amd64 and installed wspr r4522 through the > ppa that ki7mt is managing (thanks!).
