shows that device 4 is the RigBlaster Advantage OUTPUT device.
He has requested device 1 for audio output. The table shows that device
1 is the RigBlaster Advantage INPUT device.
Mel should delete the WSJT.INI file, then restart the program and
re-enter his setup parameters.
