Hi Bill,
Thanks for catching this error. Maybe you (and/or John?) can fix the
file install-mac.adoc so that it's consistent with required usage? I've
tried to keep the installation instructions short -- and especially so
when it seems that very little hand-holding will be necessary for most
users.
