Looks like there is insufficient quoting of directory paths in that part of the JTSDK scripts, this causes paths with spaces to be misinterpreted as multiple tokens where they should be treated as one token. I would think that the required changes to the script are fairly trivial so I would hold off reinstalling or creating a new account on your machine for now.
