Hi Jay,

The problem was an issue in one of the updates I had made. It has been
corrected and you should be able to update JTSDK to correct it.

To Update:

Got Start > Programs > JTSDK > Tools > Maintenance

At the prompt, type: update followed by upgrade

Then re-launch JTSDK-MSYS to rebuild Hamlib3.

If this doesn't resolve it for you, let me know and I'll have a closer look.
