Hi Alan, See comments below.

No, it is listed in Versions.cmake file, not the SVN repository commit number. Version.cmake is "plain-text" also. > > And, having compiled and run up WSJT-X 1.6.1-devel, I cannot see > in "Help -> About" any Revision number. > > This makes it hard to comment on features/problems, referring to an > exact Revision number. That's normal. WSJT-X uses the the Versions.cmake file for it's version information. All you have to do is use "svn info" on the WSJTX checkout directory to grab the commit number of your checkout. For example, on Linux, using JTSDK Nix: [ Ubuntu 14.04 : ~ ]$ svn info ~/jtsdk/src/wsjtx ----- Path: jtsdk/src/wsjtx Working Copy Root Path: /home/ki7mt/jtsdk/src/wsjtx URL: https://svn.code.sf.net/p/wsjt/wsjt/branches/wsjtx Relative URL: ^/branches/wsjtx Repository Root: https://svn.code.sf.net/p/wsjt/wsjt Repository UUID: ab8295b8-cf94-4d9e-aec4-7959e3be5d79 Revision: 5689 Node Kind: directory Schedule: normal Last Changed Author: k9an Last Changed Rev: 5685 Last Changed Date: 2015-07-04 13:52:57 -0600 (Sat, 04 Jul 2015) ---- > Some observations: I start WSJT-X 1.6.1-devel in JT9 mode, the Wide Graph > appears (as it should). My recommendation would be to use / test WSJTX v1.6.0 rather than the wsjtx_exp branch. Joe merges the wsjtx_exp branch changes back into the main development branch fairly often. The code in wsjtx_exp may not work at all when new features are being added. > > And, Echo mode bombs out with: > wsjtx_exp/lib/jplsubs.f (unit = 12, file = 'm') > wsjtx_exp/JPLEPH' does not exist > > Keep Smiling > > Alan VK2ZIW <snip> 73's Greg, KI7MT ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Don't Limit Your Business.
