Hi George,
At the moment, the two-pass decoding scheme is implemented only in the 
command-line test program jt65. The differences that you were seeing between 
v1.5 and v1.6.1 would be due to different synching schemes and also slight 
differences between kvasd and sfrsd2 performance.
