Hi Joe and All,

the "Pwr" slider is the O/S volume control for the selected audio output 
device. Otherwise agreed.

I am looking at how easy it is to detect that the SHIFT key is depressed 
while processing "Pwr" slider changes. I think this should satisfy the 
basic requirement to set "Tune" power without removing the ability to 
fine tune the Tx power in "Tune" mode for those that want it. I.e. the 
new functionality only occurs when the slider is adjusted with the SHIFT 
key pressed. How does that sound?

As for power settings per band, that is a fairly large can of worms to 
open and IMHO not something we should be trying to deal with.
