I was thinking about this a bit more....perhaps we should try a pro/con
look at this?
Published List
Pro -- guaranteed only published vehicles get reported
Con -- requires periodic check for updated list and, depending on how often
it gets checked, new launches may not be reported for hours or days if only
downloaded at startup.
Grid Change Detection
Pro -- No list needed, very simple implementation
Con -- May report false grid changes (probability extremely low)
Feel free to add to the pro/con on this.
