Audacity does read and play it OK. And the metadata looks OK.
I changed the year to just 2016 and Windows 7/10 now recognizes it, plays
it, and shows detail info. Though not the Comments and Software
fields....are those custom tags?
Perhaps need to put the datetime in another field.
