If you believe there is a problem with the Tx audio in JT65-HF 1.0.9.3
or JT65-HF HB9HQX v2.0 you should communicate with the authors of those
programs.
If you want these authors to take seriously any report of a defect in
their program, you will be most effective if you
- explain exactly what you think the problem is
- provide clear evidence
- make tests that do not involve intermediary software such as
"virtual audio cable"
- best of all, offer a program patch that fixes the problem you have
definitely identified
