Hi Jim,

rigctl-wsjtx is created by the WSJT-X build so that would not have been 
updated.

The rigctl program would have been rebuilt if you did `make` in the 
Hamlib build tree root. If you also installed `make install-strip' then 
it will also be in the bin directory under the install prefix specified 
when the Hamlib build is configured, the --prefix option. You can check 
how the Hamlib build tree has been configured by looking at the file 
config.log in the root of the build tree like:

head config.log

If you did not install Hamlib then the rigctl program made by the build 
is in the tests subdirectory of the Hamlib build tree.
