On my own JTSDK build of r7447 for Windows, on starting the program decode depth is always Deep. Hi Charlie, I can only reproduce issues with T/R period not being faithfully restored from startups or configuration changes. This is not very surprising as the T/R period coding is a bit complicated. I will see if I can improve matters.
