it sounds like you have misunderstood the capabilities of Greg, KI7MT's
JTSDK package. It provides the necessary pre-requisite packages for
building WSJT-X (and other WSJT team applications) *as well as canned
commands to manage the whole source control and build process*. You are
doing separate steps that are unnecessary.
The JTSDK has it's own support group where you will get best help on
JTSDK specific questions.
