Probably not and easily worked around. Instead of double clicking on the
station, do a Ctrl-Double Click...that will put rx and tx on same freq.
Just learn the "new" way to do the old thing and you will be fine. Lock Rx /Tx
was removed for good reasons...but I don't want to get into a discussion of
that, as it has been beaten to death.
If your goal is to have it work the way it used to, then it only involves the
holding down of the ctrl key when you double click.
