I wonder what the rationale behind this is:
"Hounds acknowledge having been called and send their “R+rpt” message at a
randomly selected frequency between 300 and 900 Hz."
If I was heard by the Fox on a certain freq., would it not be best to
continue the QSO on the same freq?
