I can reproduce it. If Double-click on call option is on then clicking any
non-cq in either WST-X window enables TX. From JTAlert don't see the beahvior.
Bill didn't apply my complete patch so needs to review it again to see if the
other portions should be included as that behavior doesn't happen with the
complete patch.
