Turn off "Monitor returns to last used frequency" in Settings/General.

It would be much safer to change the band in WSJT-X between steps 1 and 2
because when I then perform #3, WSJT-X would already be configured for the
correct band.
When I perform the steps in the sequence #1, #4, #2, #3, the band selection
performed in step #4 will be reverted to whatever was selected before I
disabled monitor mode.
This is with version 1.9.0rc3 on a Mac, but has worked the same way with all
previous versions I've used.
