No problem: we're happy to get comments on either list.
When both W7/KHZ and K1JT  first answered my call the TX didn't move down or reply to them. (kept calling them)

It took 3 100% decode calls from KH7Z to get my TX QSY

From the Fox diagnostics file kept on AA7A's computer, here are the items relevant to your QSO with W7/KH7Z:

14:52:10 Sel: K6IA -11 CM96
14:54:30 Tx4: K6IA KH7Z -11
14:56:00 Tx2: K6IA KH7Z -11
14:56:30 Tx1: K6IA KH7Z -11
14:56:30 Rx: 145615 -22 0.1 361 ~ KH7Z K6IA R-11
14:57:00 Log: K6IA CM96 -11 -11 20m
14:57:00 Tx1: K6IA RR73; DJ1AA <W7/KH7Z> -14
14:57:00 Rx: 145645 -22 0.1 300 ~ KH7Z K6IA R-11
14:57:30 Log: K6IA CM96 -11 -11 20m
14:57:30 Tx2: K6IA RR73; 9A2JK <W7/KH7Z> -18

Ned selected you for his to-be-worked queue at 14:52:10.

He sent you signal report "-11" three times: his Tx sequences starting at 14:54:30 (f=480 Hz), 14:56:00 (360 Hz) , and 14:56:30 (300 Hz).

He received your "R-11" report at frequency 361 Hz, time 14:56:30. This was your transmission that started at 14:56:15; it was decoded a fraction of a second after Ned's transmission had already started.

At 14:57:00 Ned logged you and sent you RR73.

Apparently you did not copy his RR73, or you possibly copied it too late. So you sent "R-11" again at 14:56:45, which Ned received just after his 14:57:00 transmission had started.

At 14:57:30 Ned logged you as a dupe and sent you RR73 a second time.

I never did got a TX QSY with the first K1JT QSO

After 3 answers I tried moving it down manually with K1JT 's call but I never got the RR73.

I had to start over with K1JT, the second QSO went thru without any issues.

Here are the relevant items from the Fox diagnostics file for your QSO attempts with K1JT:

16:21:27 Sel: K6IA -12 CM96
16:22:00 Tx3: K6IA K1JT -12
16:23:30 Tx1: K6IA K1JT -12
16:24:00 Tx1: HA7RY RR73; K6IA <K1JT> -12

16:34:14 Sel: K6IA -07 CM96
16:40:00 Tx2: K6IA K1JT -07
16:40:29 Rx: 164015 -8 0.1 360 ~ K1JT K6IA R-09
16:40:30 Log: K6IA CM96 -07 -09 20m
16:40:30 Tx1: K6IA RR73; HA6NN <K1JT> -15
16:40:59 Rx: 164045 -13 0.1 660 ~ K1JT K6IA R-09
16:41:00 Log: K6IA CM96 -07 -09 20m
16:41:00 Tx1: K6IA RR73; SP6M <K1JT> -12

I selected your call for a QSO at 16:21:27.

I sent you a "-12" report at 16:22:00, 16:23:30, and K6IA <K1JT> -12.

I received no response, so the QSO attempt was aborted. (Three strikes and you're out.)

I selected you again at 16:34:14.

I sent you a "-07" report at 16:40:00, at 360 Hz.

I decoded your "R-09" response at 16:40:29, at 360 Hz. (This was your transmission starting at 16:40:15.)

I logged you and sent you RR73 at 16:40:30.

Apparently you did not copy my RR73, or copied it too late, so you sent "R-09" again at 164045.

I decoded your "R-09" at 16:40:5, then logged you as a dupe and sent RR73 again.

I see no evidence anywhere above, or in the all.txt files from AA7A, K1JT, K9AN, or G4WJS, that your QSYs to below 1000 Hz occurred later than they should have been.

Please examine your own file all.txt and tell me what messages you transmitted to W7/KH7Z in the sequences between 14:54:45 and 14:58:00, and to K1JT in the appropriate time ranges for the two QSO attempts.
