Hi All,

In the past, I was able to build the manual using the "asciidoctor-pdf"
package. It was the only way I had found which was successful. Now, on
Fedora 28, I'm not more able to install this package because of package
conflicts. If I remember well, "asciidoctor-pdf" is still in the alpha
state.

I returned to try to use a2x again. Again, it failed. Trying to find the
reason why, I have discovered that lines such as:

[width="90%",cols="3h,^3,^2,^1,^2,^2,^2,^2,^2,^2",frame=topbot,options="header"]
[width="50%",cols="h,3*^",frame=topbot,options="header"]
[width="90%",cols="3h,^3,^2,^1,^2,^2,^2,^2,^2",frame="topbot",options="header"]

in protocols.adoc are refused by a2x because of width="90%" and so on.
No problems with asciidoctor.

Can anybody explain me why and help me to progress ? I have nearly no
skill why this matter.

Best wishes,
Claude (DJ0OT)
