John's comment is correct. The SVN commit in question, r8735, refers to
what will soon be released as WSJT-X version 1.9.1.
Why should there be another release, almost immediately on the heels of
v1.9.0 ???
Because we had intended to remove a programmed restriction that
prevented transmission of more than one signal by "Fox" stations
using FT8 DXpedition Mode. However, alas, we inadvertently neglected to
remove this restriction.
WSJT-X Version 1.9.1 will be released as soon as we can create and post
the installation packages. It will be identical to Version 1.9.0 except
that the restriction on use of more than one "slot" will be removed.
Legitimate DXpeditions intending to use FT8 DXpedition Mode should
definitely upgrade to v1.9.1 when it's available. Most other users need
not do so: for normal or "Hound" operation there is no difference.
