Yep. I guessed that (because of conversations here). I can compile from
source but I assume there might be one or several other F27 users out
somewhere who can not.
And because there is no mention about that rpm is only for F28 (just:
Fedora, RedHat, ... (64-bit): at Joe's page) that might lead to
misunderstandings about release quality.
Perhaps it could be worth of mention.

the package was built on a fully updated Fedora 28 system (see the
text at the bottom of this page
https://sourceforge.net/projects/wsjt/files/wsjtx-1.9.0/ for details),
don't expect it to run on any other version. Some time soon Fedora
packages will be available for other versions via our package
maintainers.
