That reminds me about IT support work and Micro$oft installation. You could not progress if you did not read the "terms and conditions" (or what ever it was),that  popped up at the start, untill the last line of it.

Quite soon I learned that keeping PgDn pressed you could pass this stage fast.

Same with time delayed manual reading. Start setup, go and get a cup of coffee. When you are back you can continue. As we all former IT workers know users will find most wildest ways to pass restrictions.

Perhaps small, few question, examination about manual subjects to pass before setup continues , hi.
