Nope...no todo list....
If you want to test a fix try modifying
void MainWindow::on_actionFT8_triggered()
And add this line after the displayWidgets call.
ui->cbFirst->setChecked(m_settings->value("CallFirst",true).toBool());
This will restore the checkbox to your saved settings.

WSJT Version - every version since about 1.8rc1
To simulate:
In FT8 mode make sure 'Call 1st’ is ticked.
Change mode to JT65
Change Mode back to FT8 - ‘Call 1st’ no longer selected.
Last time mentioned it was ‘Just setup a new configuration’ - yes that works
but sometimes forget and just select mode - it’s also quicker.
Would be one less thing to worry about.
