John G4KLA, Bingo! 👍 I have trashed wsjtx-rc2 so there will no future conflicts. Also, removed it from the S&P Full Disk Access. I now show wsjtx.app in the Microphone and that looks correct. You were right and I misread the Quick Start thinking rc3 and all future version would use the 77-bit options. I should have read it closer that they only apply when in DXpedition mode. I unchecked the two options and bingo the decoding started working and the Red TX2 is gone. With regard to the too high Rx audio I change the Audio Output level on the TS-590SG70 from 4 down to the lowest setting of 1 and it now about -45 db. I don’t know how to lower it from the TS-590SG70. Thank you again for helping me get back in business. Just worked EL06 for new grid with corrected setup, 73 Dick AA5VU macOS 10.14.1 (Mojave)
