This means that which ever wsjtx app you are running has access to sound input. 
 If there is no decode then the problem is somewhere else - read further down 
for the solution.

I do not know what “Full Disk Access” means in this context.   What did you 
hope it would do?

What about removing wsjtx-rc2 completely - ie move to Trash and empty.   Your 
audio level on receiving is much too high with near 70dB on the bar scale.  
This should be closer to 30dB.   

Look at jobs running - how many wsjtx apps are running? 

I notice that the Red Tx2.0 flash is showing.  This means that you will only 
transmit and decode 77 bit FT8.  But your VFO is on 14.074 and in this region 
only 75 bit FT8 is being transmittted so no wonder you do not see any decodes.  
 Go back to the Advanced tab of Preferences and uncheck the 77-bit options.   
These options will only be useful on 14.078 - please read (again) the Quick 
Start Guide.
