Hi Uwe,
sure you can, make the "on band" highlight the higher priority of the two.
I would suggest that using foreground colour for an "all bands"
highlight type and background colour for its "on band" partner is
wasteful, you would be better to stick to pairs either using different
foreground or different background.
Hmmm, perhaps the default ordering should the "on band" variants as
higher priority than their "all band" partners, I will switch them around.
