Hi Steve, I re-booted my MacBook Pro (2018; 2.3 GHz Core i5) from my usual 10.13.6 to 10.14.1 to look more closely at timings with 2.0.0_GA than I did earlier with a previous test with rc4.
I use a Kenwood TS-870s with USB audio link via SignaLink and CAT control with a USB-Serial adapter with FTDI chipset. On Radio page “Rig" is set to “Hamlib NET rigctl" In QSO with N8DOD I found that timing was spot-on without the delays you observe. I wonder if 10.14 is more demanding on CPU speed than 10.12 which the Mac Mini might not be able to provide? — John G4KLA
