Hello Al- The preferred method to end a program is File>Exit. Sometimes using the red X in upper right does not totally cancel the program. There is an issue in the current version of SSDR where the radio will not transmit. Usually changing the mode will bring the slice back into operation. I have noticed this when changing the band of a slice with WSJT-X. Flex is aware of the issue.
