Thanks, Bill. Yes, I did miss it, so today I installed the 2013 Restrib package. Restarted N1MM+, Rebooted and restarted N1MM+, still doesn't work, same error screen.

Hi Jim,

please confirm exactly which version of the OpenSSL libraries you installed? You can get that information from the Windows Control Panel "Programs and Features" panel or "Apps and Features" in Windows 10. the current version is "Win64_OpenSSL_v1.0.2s_Light".

If that is as expected, although any recent v1.0.2 version should do, then do the following:

1. Open a CMD prompt window,

2. type WHERE libssl32.dll

3. hit ENTER and report back what is printed.

HI Jim,

belay that, I have just discovered that the latest version of Qt we use for the 64-bit Windows version of WSJT-X uses the v1.1.x version of OpenSSL. You will need to install the Win64_OpenSSL_v1.1.0k_Light version of OpenSSL from the same source as the v1.0.2 version. Sorry for any confusion, the version of OpenSSL used seems to have changed in the Qt version that included the fix for the audio input gain resetting to maximum every restart.
