  Hi Mike,
is this just a build from the current Hamlib master, or are there some more
patches to come? I ask because I want to build WSJT-X 2.1.2 kits today with
this issue resolved.

For those having Icom rig control problems here's a zip file of a
32-bit version of hamlib.
  https://www.dropbox.com/s/9gv73e9m0stijxw/gitnotes.docx?dl=0

It will work with the 64-bit version of WSJT-X also.
#1 Unzip this file into it's own directory.
#2 Ensure WSJT-X is not running.
#3 Run this from a command prompt with an appropriate string for your right
like the IC-7610 here
  rigctl -l | find "7610"
You will get a result like this:    378  Icom                   IC-7610
          0.10            Untested

Now run rigctld with the number returned from the above command.  Adjust com
port and baud to suit.
  rigctld -m 378 -r com1 -s 19200 -vvvvv -Z >log.txt 2>&1
#4 Start WSJT-X and select "Hamlib NET rigctl" for the rig.
Hopefully this works for ya'll...if not please send me the log.txt file.
