Fedora 31, icom 7300, rigctld started by crontab script at PC startup, wsjtx
(and other programs) setup using rig model #2 (Net Hamlib rigcld) to access it.

results wsjtx that says: "Hamlib error: Feature not available while getting
current VFO"after 2 rig poll rounds.

And then compile first Hamlib, then wsjtx results working copy of 2.2.0-rc3 !
