Looks like WSJT-X can't connect at all to the rig, First guess :
Busy COM port ? Wrong configuration ? Did you try to temporarily downgrade to 2.1.2 version and try if it's work with that one ? https://sourceforge.net/projects/wsjt/files/wsjtx-2.1.2/ If it's work with 2.1.2 it's seem to be a version issue. If it's the same it's another kind of issue.
