For marginal signals with difficult QRN, don't forget to try the
negative NB settings, -1 % and -2%. See the Quick-Start Guide for
details of what they do.

Hi Jay,
if you save a .WAV file, you may need to select "Menu->Save->Save all",
you can play back the saved .WAV file trying different NB settings. I
have found that between 2% and 8% can help with signals that look
decodable, otherwise more extreme settings are worth a try.
