So I grabbed Audacity and installed it. (lovely program! 😁)
Audacity recognises all THREE VAC's in MME, Directsound and WASAPI mode.
Likewise, SDR# has no problems recognising all three VAC's when
setting the output, and even WSJT-X will recognise them all when
setting the output audio channel.... it just won't pick them all up on
the INPUT...
What VAC software are you using?

Hi Dave,
please confirm that Audacity sees all three VB-Cable i/p devices via MME
as well as all VB-Cable o/p devices via MME? There are separate device
selection drop down lists for i/p and o/p devices.
If they are there in Audacity then something strange is happening as
WSJT-X will be enumerating the devices in a very similar way. Here is a
small utility that enumerates the available audio devices using the
exact same code that WSJT-X uses:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/kidxhnb8w20j7w4/audio_devices_enumeration.exe?dl=1
Run it from a CMD prompt and it will list the devices discovered, the
ones with a "Wave ID" assigned should be the ones that get listed as
available in WSJT-X.
If you are concerned about downloading an executable from the Internet,
here is a ZIP archive containing the source code a Visual Studio
solution to build it:
