#1 was fixed in tx 2.6.2.  The blue color was not random- either the OK
button or the cancel button  had the blue outline.  The one that had the
outline was the one that was “clicked” when you last clicked a button.  So,
if u used the ENTER key to clear the window you either logged or didn’t log
the QSO, depending on where the blue outline was.  If you never used the
ENTER key to log a contact, you wouldn’t have noticed it.

If you have deep decode enabled, depending on the power of ur computer, it
may take several seconds before u see the last decodes.  This sounds like
what ur seeing.
