Hi At the moment I think that modes 2 and 15 are ambiguous in the WSPRNET database. There does not seem to be an up-to date formal definition for uploads (direct or bulk) to the WSPRNET Database at present - at least none that I have found. This is a bit annoying at times. This would be an oportunity for someone who understands the database to publish a short specification. The interactive WSPRNET database works very well except for the "mode" selection.
