This was covered in the WSPRNET forum two years ago.  I added a question just
now  about the new modes.
https://www.wsprnet.org/drupal/node/8500

Going forward we will process the `mode` according to 4 values:

   - "2"
   - "15" for the current WSPR modes -2 & -15
   - "5
   - "30" for the FST4W modes 300 & 1800

 Hi
At the moment I think that modes 2 and 15 are ambiguous in the WSPRNET database.
There does not seem to be an up-to date formal definition for uploads
(direct or bulk)
to the WSPRNET Database at present - at least none that I have found.
This is a bit annoying at times. This would be an oportunity for
someone who understands
the database to publish a short specification.
The interactive WSPRNET database works very well except for the "mode"
selection.
