Hi Jim, on his web site he has an article about "Beacon Blaster" at this URL: http://wb6cxc.com/?p=451 "FST4W-120 on Ten Bands Simultaneously" seems to roughly match up with the freq you mentioned (depending on what Sideband you were using to read the CW)
