Hi,
I think the reason for this is the fact that we have removed the bouncy
castle jar from the lib [1] in this commit. Ant when we do an ant jar to
build wss4j picks the jars from the lib directory and bouncycastle is no
longer there. If I put bouncycastle in to the lib, everything works fine. So
shall we include a note in the README.txt that people should download and
copy the bouncycastle to lib before they build wss4j ?

thanks,
nandana
