With humble apologies, the WSS4J team would like to retract this call
for votes. A WCF interoperability problem was discovered at the last
minute, and the WSS4J team found it important enough to delay the
release until the problem is corrected.
A patch has been submitted, and a test case is being crafted. We hope
to re-spin a 1.5.4 release in short order.
Once again, apologies to anyone to whom this is an inconvenience, but
we hope that this small delay will result in a higher quality release.

has the same set of fixes as RC3, and should only differ in the
version name.
