I did not spend a lot of time on that. I am just thinking what would be
fair. The amounts are so small that probably the simplest thing would be to
simply give all money from the book to the Watir project.

I got only one request for refund so far, the buyer did not know the book
was not finished.

Yes. The section should be titled something like "about the book", listing
major contributors.

I will help one potential contributor with setting up Git this or the next
week, so I am hoping the contributions will start coming in.

I moved to Guadalajara (Mexico) for a 6 week project and I hope I will have
more time in the next few months to work on the book.
