This index option has been removed from the latest version.

The reasons for doing this are that it took too long to create (it
needed to search through all hosts to find the newest files) and there
are now other indexes that are just as useful.

When people are having WWWOFFLE caches of 1 GB it takes too much time
to create the 'Latest' index. When I added this index option I did
not realise the size of the caches that people would have.

Also I have added new index options since then. Things like
lasttime/prevtime and lastout/prevout are more useful than the latest
index. They are also a lot simpler to create.

If you want it back, you can't. The next best thing is to increase
the number of lasttime/prevtime indexes that are created (read the
file called INSTALL, it is a compile time option).
