Please report the exact browser's proxy configuration.

Please report the relevant parts of /var/log/messages completely.

Please send relevant sections of /etc/wwwoffle.conf, e.g.
- StartUp section
- Sections with "Options" in title
- Sections with "Local" in title
- Sections with "Allowed" in title
- Proxy Section
