I would guess that when you are offline that you have not told
WWWOFFLE of this fact. This will mean that WWWOFFLE will be trying to
access the web pages, but cannot because there is no network
connection.
Try running 'wwwoffle -offline' and see what it says. If you are
already offline then it will tell you. If you are running version 2.7
of WWWOFFLE then you could try 'wwwoffle -status' and it will tell you
what mode it is in.
