Until version 2.7-beta of WWWOFFLE there was no support for Etags in
WWWOFFLE. It was never my intention to totally remove the use of
Etags from WWWOFFLE but it will be made an option.
Any fix like this that is made to WWWOFFLE is obviously only a
wrok-around. It is much better if the source of the problem can be
fixed instead. I did encourage Marc to contact the webmasters of the
sites that he found problems with but I don't know if he has done
that.
