WWWOFFLE reports the sites as purged only because it has looked into
them. There are no files to be deleted or it would tell you the
amount of disk space occupied by the files that have been deleted.
The message telling you that a site is "Not Purged" means that you
have marked the site with an age of -1 which means that it is never
purged.
