Any of the sections in the configuration file that use hostnames will
also accept IP addresses as well. There is no lookup between the two
to check for duplicates at any time. If you or your browser request
something by IP address then it is stored by IP address in the cache.
WWWOFFLE doesn't treat an IP address any differently from a hostname.
