WWWOFFLE does not accept regular expressions in the configuration
file.  I don't think that there is a way to determine between hosts
that are IP addresses and those that are domain names.

If the contents of these hosts are not worth keeping in the cache then
are they worth downloading.  It might be best to try and identify the
ones that appear and put them in the DontGet section so that you never
even bother downloading them.
